We'd like to introduce you to Lulu by The Knack Project, aka the funky red-haired girl from Mouchtaro, that you'll fall in love with this summer. Lulu is exactly how her name suggests: fresh, juicy and perky, with undeniable flair and promises to make your summer evenings very interesting.
After acquiring the Diploma title, Christos Koulouriotis was thinking about what his next step would be. The old family vines gave him the answer so he created The Knack Project. The logic behind the Project is delightful wines that will express the terroir and the grape variety, without much intervention. Lulu by The Knack Project is the newest addition to the project and is a fruity and fresh red wine from old Mouchtaro vines. The vines are located at an altitude of 630 meters, in the Geraneia Mountains and are 42 years old. The wine ferments with ambient yeasts, in stainless steel tanks and matures there for 5 months with its fine lees. It is bottled unfiltered, without any other intervention and ready to conquer you!
Only 480 bottles were bottled, need we tell you anything else?
