PROCUREMENT PROCEDURE

Cash on delivery

If the user / customer chooses cash on delivery, the payment of the order products is made by the user / customer at the time of delivery, with cash delivered to the courier company employee or Botilia representative gr , who delivers the product with a charge of two euros and fifty cents (2.50 €) only for orders outside the borders of the Attica Basin. For purchases over 50 € the customer is not charged with transportation costs as long as the order is delivered within the limits of the Attica Basin.

C. Deposit to a Bank Account

For purchases over 30 € the customer is not charged with shipping costs as long as the order is delivered within the limits of the Attica Basin.

 

PRODUCTS DELIVERY 

The way of delivery of the order is chosen by the user at the end of the ordering process. The available methods are: Courier Delivery, Collection from the Store.

 

Shipping by Courier 

The delivery of the products to the user / customer is done by a private courier company at the postal address that the user / customer has stated at the order stage that he wishes to be delivered. It is possible that, within the Attica Basin, the delivery will be made with Botilia.gr's own means and by a partner. 

The cost of transport within the Attica Basin is € 3.5 regardless of the size and weight of the order, while for orders whose value exceeds € 50, the cost of transport is zero. For orders outside the Attica Basin, the cost is determined according to the weight of the products and is calculated at the last stage of order completion. The total weight of the products of each order is calculated automatically. 

In the case of shipping outside Attica, in Greece, and if the amount of the order exceeds € 50, the possibility of shipping with a Transport Company of the customer's choice is activated. In this case the customer is not charged with shipping costs by Botilia.gr. However, he is charged exclusively with the transport costs that will be required by the Transport Company for the transport of his products, and he is required to pay them directly to it upon delivery of his order.

Delivery of the products takes place within three (3) working days from the day after the registration of the order, unless otherwise specified on the page of each product. Botilia.gr can not be held responsible for the consequences due to delay in delivery or loss of the parcel by the carrier.

 

Store Pick up

AVAILABILITY
