We’d love to introduce you to Lulu from The Knack Project—or, as we like to call her, the cheeky, curvy redhead from Mouchtaro you’re bound to fall for this summer. Lulu is exactly what you imagine: fresh, juicy, vibrant, full of charm, and ready to make your summer nights way more exciting.
After earning his WSET Diploma, Christos Koulouriotis was pondering his next step in the wine world. The old family vines gave him the answer, leading to the birth of The Knack Project. The idea? To craft enjoyable wines that truly reflect the terroir and grape variety, with minimal intervention. Lulu is the latest addition—a fruity, fresh red from old-vine Mouchtaro, grown at 630 meters altitude in the Geraneia Mountains. It’s fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel and aged there for 5 months on fine lees.
Unfiltered and untouched, just 480 bottles were made—and it’s ready to win your heart!
