Having stayed for 9 days under the hot sun of Crete after having been harvested over-ripe, the grapes of Romeiko variety are dried up partially losing a big part of their content in water. Their luscious juice becomes Euphoria, natural sweet wine which condenses aromas of flowers and dried fruit in unique intensity. Its rich, velvety texture is completed by refreshing acuity which balances elaborately the sweetness without making it too sweet on the palate.
