Why do we love it?

You probably already know white Lenga by Avantis Estate, but it's time to meet its fantastic little sister, the rose Lenga Pink. Last year it was sold out before summer. This year we managed to secure some bottles, so you‘ll get a chance to taste it!

The blend consists of Gewurztraminer and Mavrokountoura and manages to balance between a dry and an off-dry style with an aromatic bouquet that, we promise you, will leave you speechless! Apparently, Apostolos Mountrichas, apart from mastering Syrah, has decided to become the maître of Rose wines too. And probably with this romantic rose, he will succeed!

If you didn't taste it last year, then this is your chance! Hurry up!

Pair it with green salads with fruits or enjoy it on its own as an aperitif.

Salad with spinach, strawberry, avocado and blue cheese

  • 300 gr of spinach cleaned and cut into large pieces
  • 12 medium-sized strawberries, cut into slices
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 4 slices of bacon, crisped and crushed
  • 80 gr blue cheese or goat cheese
  • 1/4 cup of walnuts, coarsely chopped
  • 3 tbsps. of balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsps. of olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. of sugar

In a blender, mix up olive oil, sugar, balsamic and 4 strawberries until they become a homogeneous vinaigrette.

Put the spinach in a bowl. Pour over the dressing and add the rest of the ingredients.
