CHARDONNAY ALTA - CATENA ZAPATA
Catena Zapata winery has repeatedly swept awards from Decanter, Wine Spectator and Wine Enthusiast for its quality and style. The wine is fermented with natural wild yeasts under controlled temperatures, in 500 liter French oak barrels. It matures in French oak barrels (1st, 2nd and 3rd use) for 14 months. 70% of the wine goes through malolactic fermentation, which simply means, an awesome buttery feel and at the same time fruity aromas that make you wonder if you want to drink it or eat it!
ZINFANDEL - LAPIS LUNA
If you like exuberant red wines, with rich ripe fruit, sweet barrel and hints of chocolate, then you can stop looking because we have Lapis Luna Zinfandel to present to you which is all of the above and more. It consists of a blend of 80% Zinfandel and 20% Sangiovese. The long extraction is responsible for the deep color and impressive structure. The wine then ferments in a stainless steel tank and matures for 10 months in oak barrels, 10% French and 90% American.
CARMENERE - PRIMUS
Primus Apalta Carmenere is an exuberant red wine with impressive formality and complexity, great value for money and every year it succeeds and climbs very high on the rating scale! The grapes come from the famous Apalta breeding zone, from organically cultivated vines. The wine is fermented with selected yeasts and then aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, 18% new. The result is rich and with velvety tannins.
