RIOJA CRIANZA - VINA REAL
Rioja Crianza - Vina Real (CVNE) has fruit (plenty), aging in large American and French barrels, complexity, and velvety tannins. As you can understand, it has the total package at this really incredible price! Vina Real Winery (CVNE) is one of the oldest in the region (since 1920) and follows the golden balance between the rustic and modern style of winemaking. For this very reason, they continue to age their Rioja Crianza in American and French barrels, but in used ones and with a milder burn. So the 13-14 months in oak barrel come to emphasize the red fruit, giving it a chocolate dimension that uplifts the set!
