Cotswolds Single Malt Whiskey is a premium whiskey made in the heart of the Cotswolds, an area known for its natural richness. It is the first Single Malt Whiskey produced there. It results from the distillation of the best quality barley in the area. It has been aged in ex-red wine barrels, which have undergone a second scraping and burning to rejuvenate and preserve their aromas. But what gave it an even more special character, was the final blending with whiskey that had matured in premium Bourbon barrels.
A harmonious coexistence of fruit, barley, cinnamon, and clove with notes of honey, vanilla, and toasted oak. In the mouth, it is soft, with a full body that reflects the care and craftsmanship of its creators. Notes of honey, aromas of sour cherry, and chocolate syrup steal the show.
