The word Kleos in ancient Greece was used to express "the glory and fame after some great feat" and the makers of this healing nectar could not have come up with a more characteristic name! Kleos Mastiha Spirit was created by Efi Panagopoulos, the first Greek woman to work with liqueur, and Maroussa Tsahaki, the first Greek distiller. For its production, double distillation is done exclusively from the mastic resin and essential oils, while stills are used only for this drink, resulting in clear and crystalline aromas of the plant. The drink has been certified by the Mastic Producers Association of Chios, for the use of authentic PDO mastic tree, but also 90pts from Wine Enthusiast and 5* Plus from Difford's Guide! We left the best for last. You can enjoy all of the above with less than 30% sugar, plain with ice, or in uniquely cool cocktails!
