Fermentation using the secret yeast mixture of the company and then distillation and triple filtration. It is bottled in these tall, beautiful hand-painted carafes numbered by local craftsmen. Clase Azul's incredible Reposado has been awarded Gold Medals by the Beverage Testing Institute and the San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
It has a bright golden color with orange highlights and an aromatic palette with intensity and duration. It is characterized by a silky and rich body, with clove, wood, vanilla, and caramel predominating on a fruity background.
