Techni Alipias White Wine Art Estate is one of the most classic and favorite white wines of Drama. It is delicious solo, as an aperitif but it can accompany perfectly light seafood appetizers.
Wine Art Estate started its course in 1993 by Giannis Papadopoulos who invested in a small family vineyard in Mikrochori, Drama. Two years later he joined forces with Giannis Kalaitzidis and since then they have been walking with a common vision, to create quality wines and to highlight the dynamics of their land.
Techni Alipias White Wine Art Estate was one of the first wines of the winery. This is the most classic blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Assyrtiko that manages to combine the freshness and fruit of Sauvignon with the structure of Assyrtiko. The wine ferments and ages in stainless steel tanks along with its fine wine lees. The result is juicy and fruity.
