Biblia Chora Estate of Vangelis Gerovassiliou and Vassilis Tsaktsarlis does not need a further introduction since it is one of the first and most famous wineries in Greece. Ovilos White Biblia Chora is the white flagship of the estate and is among the greatest Greek white wines, which sweep awards and medals every year.

The blend consists of Semillon and Assyrtiko, grown on the slopes of Paggaio mountain. The barren soil and warm climate give concentrated and perfectly ripe grapes. The rich juice is fermented in French oak barrels where it remains for 8 months. Gerovasiliou's mastery is shown in how well he handles oak. The oak complements masterfully the dense, ripe, and tropical fruit without covering it.

Ovilos White by Biblia Chora Estate is one of those wines that can easily accompany any dish you can imagine.

It has medium golden color and intoxicating aromas of apricot, lemon, lime, pineapple, mango, passion fruit, vanilla, butter, honey, hazelnut, brioche, smoke, and toast.

In the mouth, it is rich and oily, with full body and refreshing acidity. Ripe tropical fruits and honeyed citrus fruits are mixed with sweet spices such as vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Notes of sweet ginger and butterscotch complete the complex set.
