A favorite creation of the famous Ligas family whose presence is anything but subtle in the wine world, it is produced from the vineyards of the estate that spread out in the gentle historical slopes of Pella.
If you don't already know it, the philosophy of the Ligas family is based on two things, respect and cooperation with nature (the term is permaculture). For Thomas Ligas and his daughter Melissanthi, all the work is done in the vineyard because that’s where the really big wines are made. When it comes to winemaking, things are simple. As little intervention as possible, indigenous yeasts, natural fermentation, no sulphites. Roditis Ligas 2020 was bottled unfiltered, resulting in its bright orange-yellow color and intensity that will impress your palate!
