The aromas of a wine are certainly the first thing you notice in a tasting and of course it greatly influences the first image you form of it. But the next and slightly more decisive element for its selection and shaping the result is the taste test!
Acidities and tannins are the A and Z to describe a wine and find the right flavor combinations. The existence of a barrel and contact with the lees, however, is something equally important!
Tina Papasinou (WSET Diploma Graduate, Lecturer at WSPC), by testing
8 wines of different intensities, will explain in detail what low-medium-high
acidity is and what we really mean when we say unripe, fine-grained or cloudy (and more such)
tannins! Of course, the game will be judged on the existence of a
oak and
lees, where everything can turn upside down!
The participation fee is
€65 (Super early bird
€50 until 12/4, early bird
€58 until 10/5) and places are strictly limited
