Gentilini Winery was founded in 1984 in Cephalonia and gradually began experimenting with more and more varieties, both native and foreign, while from 2002 the cultivation became exclusively organic. Both their Mavrodaphne and their Robola were among the first wines to start puttingCephalonia on the map. Other varieties grown are Sauvignon Blanc, Moschofilero, Muscat, Tsaousi, and Syrah.
