The typical Mediterranean climate favors both Greek (Malagouzia, Assyrtiko, Limnio, Mavroudi and Xinomavro) and international (Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Sauvignon Blanc, and Chardonnay) varieties to fully ripen and give their best characteristics, with some of them standing out like the awarded Malagouzia.
