ESTATE PAPAIOANNOU
Estate Papaioannou is now closely associated with ancient Nemea and the Agiorgitiko grape variety. The family continues a long tradition in winemaking that began in 1876. They were also among the first ambassadors of organic farming, believing that wine should preserve the unique characteristics of each grape variety, depending on the terroir from which it originates. The 570 total acres host both indigenous and international grape varieties, resulting in iconic wines with continuous accolades.
