DOMAINE TATSIS
Domaine Tatsis in Goumenissa is among the first in Greece to believe in organic farming and so the Tatsis brothers have begun to implement it since 1998 and in 2002 they started biodynamic cultivation. With minimal intervention in vinification, but with a lot of work in the vineyard, they let the varieties to express themselves naturally and thus they do wonders.
