The vision of the Vakaki winery is to create a limited number of high quality wine bottles.The careful selection of the raw material, the vinification process and the emergence of hidden local "treasures" are a primary role of the winery.Mr. Vakakis, winning his personal bet for the revival of the disappeared Moschato Black, brought it back to the island of Samos, using it in breathtaking blends.
