Edenia Luna has the perfect name. Eden and moon on the same label. It sounds magical... and it is!
Behind Edenia Luna, there is on the one hand Ioanna Tsilili, with her artistic temperament, and on the other hand the rather rapidly rising Greek variety, Limniona. With their combination, success was inevitable! If you're a fan of concentrated Burgundian Pinot Noirs, Edenia Luna is the Greek expression you've been looking for years...
Anyway, we know Ioanna Tsilili for two things. The awards she collects with every step she takes in the wine field and for the exquisite dynamism of all her creations. After her many years of experience as one of the most pioneering and important winemakers-distillers in the country, she created her very own boutique winery in Meteora. But because she is an incredibly restless spirit, we don't know what the next surprise will be... This episode, however, is not to be missed!
Limniona Edenia Luna, even if the first impression from the bottle suggests a neo-Cosmetic style, has all the noble characteristics of a French Pinot Noir! For Edenia, the harvest was done manually and the fermentation that followed was done without crushing the berries. It then spent 12 months in French oak barrels to gain its complexity and concentration!
