Pomponette Rose Domaine de Sulauze is a special and delicious Provence rose. Special because it is one of the few biodynamic Provence roses and delicious because the unique soil and particular blend give to the wine juicy fruit, nerve and mineral character!
Domaine de Sulauze is the work of Karina and Guillaume Lefevre. The couple met on a trip to Corsica. Their love for nature and the need to work close to it led them to establish their winery in the village of Miramas, in Aix, Provence, in 2004. On their 30 acres, they grow mainly grapes but also olives and cereals. This is how they make wine, olive oil, bread and their own beer! Pomponette is the one with the largest production of bottles and the one that is sold out first every year! The blend consists of 60% Grenache, 10% Syrah, 10% Vermentino, 15% Cinsault and 5% Mourvedre, which ferments with ambient yeasts in stainless steel tanks. The wine is bottled unfiltered and with minimal addition of sulfites.
You will fall in love with Pomponette Rose Domaine de Sulauze from the very first sip!
