It is time to taste a wine so unique, the way our grandfathers vinificated. It is made from grapes of two native varieties of Zitsa, Debina, and Vlachiko. Using the traditional method of Ioannina, Domaine Glinavos gives us the opportunity to enjoy the mastery and imagination of our ancestors!
Without the addition of any chemicals, this wine's fermentation takes place in environment temperature for 15 days, triple decanting and then the final fermentation takes place in the tank for mixing the carbonic acid.
The result is an orange, semi-sparkling and semidry wine that loves Greek cuisine and was loved by our grandparents. You may be surprised by its bottle for its shape and special lid, but whoever has tried it, makes sure we run out in just a few hours…
