SXISTOLITHOS CHARDONNAY - WINES OF ADAM
At the boutique winery Adam Wines from Adam village in Thessaloniki, they chose to grow, biologically, of course, their favorite white variety in the schist soils of their vineyard. Low yields, careful and strict sorting are the basis of Chardonnay. With a modern and fresh look, they preferred not to overshadow the aromas of the variety with the use of barrel as usual. So, they used light battonnage (regular stirring) with fine wine lees for about 4 months, in order to give extra volume, oiliness, and complexity.
ORIVATIS SAVVATIANO OLD VINES - AKRIOTOU MICROWINERY
Orivatis Savvatiano Old Vines Akriotou Microwinery is a juicy and fruity Savvatiano, which reminds us how delicious and unique this white Greek grape variety is. If Savvatiano is not one of your favorite varieties, Orivatis will change your mind from the very first sip! The wine is fermented at controlled temperatures, in stainless steel tanks and remains there with its fine wine lees for two months. The result is expressive, with dense fruit, crisp acidity, and a subtle, oily mouthfeel.
KOMPSOS ROSE - KARAVITAKIS WINERY
The finest red variety of Crete, Liatiko, in the hands of Nikos Karavitakis gives a delicate rosé wine that overflows with elegance! For the ultimate expression of elegance, Nikos chose to let the Liatiko speak for itself, with a very short extraction and a three-month stay on the lees. The result has an elegant color and impressive purity of fruit, dressed with subtle floral notes and caramel touches! Just perfect.

Aiora red from Moschopolis Winery is an enchanting red wine that you will have to try very hard not to like. The juicy red fruit, the subtle earthiness and the spicy character will win you over from the first sip! Initially, the blend consists of Mavrotragano, Xinomavro and Syrah, which initially ferment at controlled temperatures, in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then put into special clay amphorae from Crete and remains there for at least 2 months.
MERLOT - MPOUGIOURIS ESTATE
Mpougiouris brothers have a special bond with the French variety because it gives wines round and velvety. This was their purpose when they planted Merlot in their vineyards on the slopes of Kithaironas. Endless care at all stages, from viticulture to final bottling, has provided a wine that you should try hard not to love. The 12-month maturation in French oak barrels gave the finishing touches reaching the final goal: velvety tannins, ripe fruit coated with vanilla and butterscotch notes in a chocolatey dimension.
