LE MYRS ACA OF SPADES - DOMAINE MATASSA
Le Myrs Ace Of Spades - Domaine Matassa is "the ace up your sleeve"! Older vineyards and low yields, spontaneous fermentations, indigenous yeasts and no additives. "Handmade" natural wine. Its grapes were grown with the principles of biodynamic cultivation and harvested by hand. The name of Les Myrs, refers to the dark soils of the vineyard, where they came from. Fermentation was followed by maturation in large concrete tanks, without filtration and no sulphite showcase.
ANTIGONISME - KTIMA LIGAS
Antigonisme comes from unique quality Muscovite grapes, to which the "foot-pull"* method was applied and the subsequent fermentation was done with native yeasts, in stainless steel tanks. The wine remained 5 months in contact with the lees and was bottled unfiltered, with almost zero sulphites. If we had to describe it in just three words? Impressively complex, delicious and wonderfully sour, playful and immensely enjoyable…!
LAGOS & CHELONA - MARKOGIANNI WINERY
An orange and rosé wine hybrid with ripe citrus, quince, persimmons and red fruits intertwine into an impressive whole with a rough structure! A wine from Roditis (45%), Refosco (22%), Mavroudi (20%) and Asproudes (13%) that combines rosé and red vinification. The Roditis remains in contact with the pips and waits for the remaining varieties, which after the 12-hour extraction will be separated from their pips and joined with the skins and must of the Roditis. This mixture will stay with the stems of Roditis for 12 days. The wine ferments in stainless steel tanks, with native yeasts and is bottled unfiltered in very few bottles.
YOU F&@K MY WINE ?! - FABIEN JOUVES
You F&@k My Wine?! by Fabien Jouves is such a provocative red wine, think that its name does not match its provocative content. The special You F&@k My Wine ?! it is a blend of Jurancon Noir and Malbec. The grapes come from 50 year old vines. The harvest is done by hand followed by fermentation with whole bunches, in oak barrels and concrete tanks. The wine matures there for 6 months. Every step in the birth of this wine has been very carefully calculated by Fabien to create a natural wine with such a special character that it reflects the terroir and the personality of its creator.
SUPER SINGLA - DOMAINE DE MENA
De Mena means "from nature" and reflects Sébastien Argelets' philosophy of winemaking and interventions in wine. Super Singla is an orange wine, with mild natural vinification, from the Moschato (80%) and Macabeo (20%) varieties. Fermented with indigenous yeasts and left with the lees for several days to acquire structure and exuberant aromatic intensity. This wine has such magical properties.
