Chardonnay, oak aging and Lykos could be the triptych of success and Chardonnay Ageli of Lykos Winery, the proof. It has, without a doubt, everything you are looking for in a classic, buttery Chardonnay!
Located in Malakonta, Evia, the family-run Lykos Winery specializes in the production of quality wines from both local and international varieties. Chardonnay is one of the first foreign white varieties that Apostolos Lykos worked with. His purpose was to make a rich, full-bodied, white wine, aged in oak barrels, with intense and exuberant character. So, Chardonnay Ageli ages in new oak barrels, along with its lees, for about 5 months. The result is a wine that fully justifies its creator!
Taste it with creamy spaghetti with mushrooms!
