Arianna Occhipinti SP68 Bianco is a delicious and gastronomic wine with a diffuse Italian temperament. Rich fruit, chrysanthemums and daisies, dried nuts and Turkish delight will take you straight to the Italian countryside.
The awesome Arianna Occhipinti makes excellent wines of mild interventions, with an emphasis on the Sicilian terroir. Her logic is to respect wine as if it were a person carrying his history and personality. With this philosophy, she lets the wine speak without much interference, in order to express its birthplace and character.
One such wine is the SP68 Bianco which takes its name from a road, the road that Arianna crosses every day to go to her vineyards. The blend consists of 60% Moscato di Alessandria and 40% Albanello which ferments with ambient yeasts. Initially the maceration with the skins for 15 days gives the wine copper reflections and an impressive structure. Then the wine matures for 6 months in concrete tanks and for a month in the bottle, bringing to your glass juicy citrus fruits, herbs and dried flowers!
