EFROSINI WINERY
Efrosini winery is located in Kerasia in the municipality of Heraklion. By the 1990s, the region had produced thousands of tons of excellent raisins. Nowadays, produces a few tons of raisins, extra virgin olive oil, tsikoudia and of course superior quality wine. Indigenous varieties such as Vilana, Thrapsathiri, Liatiko, Mandilari and Kotsifali as well as international such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Chardonnay are vinified with impressive results.
