Gaia Wines is active in two of the most emblematic and well-known terroirs in Greece. One winery is located in the Peloponnese and the Nemea region, at an altitude of 250 to 850 meters, with limestone soils on the mountain slopes and stony at the foot with the varieties Agiorgitiko, Roditis, Moschofilero and Syrah starring. The second winery is located in Santorini, between the settlements of Kamari and Monolithos on the east side of the island, from where great and famous wines from Assyrtiko have been created, such as Thalassitis and Wild Ferment.
