OENO P
One of the most emblematic presences of Santorini, but also the entire Greek vineyard, Paris Sigalas, returned after a short absence, to take Assyrtiko to the extreme! His name has been associated with some of the greatest Greek white wines and Oeno P, is his new venture, for his eternal wine quests. Dehydrated and old vines, with amazing concentration, end up giving minimal yields, resulting in very few bottles of exemplary wines.
